Issue description

Breaking leaves with shears in skyblock world type doesn't drop leaves when using modded shears. It works fine in default world type.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a new world with world type "Skyblock"
  2. Find a tree
  3. Use shears from any mod (tested with UtilitiX and Opolis Utilities) to break leaves
  4. Wonder why it doesn't drop leaves
