Selecting custom template doesn't work, always loads up default template

Issue description

If I try to select one of my 8 custom templates, it always uses default template instead of the selected one. Neither the DONE button or via clicking twice is working.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a custom template and place it into templates folder.
  2. Make template via templates.json
  3. try to select that template - it always preselects the top template instead of the selected one.

Other information

i don't think the log is necessary as it doesn't provide any information.
