When someone on the server is sleeping, water and lava flow speed is also accelerated.

This happens even in the Nether which makes it very dangerous when doing something like strip mining for ancient debris.

The way you phrase it now it's a feature. What you could post instead is a suggestion for an option so blocks in other dimensions do no tick.

I never intended for other dimensions to be affected by the dimension which players are sleeping in; I'll try to prevent that from happening and also add a configuration option for accelerating the flow rate of fluids.
