Setting action to "SKIP_TO_DAY" does nothing

I set the action to "SKIP_TO_DAY" on server side, and when 50% of players are sleeping it says that the action has started but nothing happens. Setting to timelapse does correctly timelapse
Are you on Forge .2768 (the latest recommended build for 1.12.2)? I'm 99% sure I tested ever conceivable config system under a dedicated server setup with 3 players total - but it's possible the later dev builds of Forge made changes that broke either S.O. or the Tickrate Changer dependency.
I would check myself sorry but it's annoying having to downgrade my Forge dev stuff back to the stable .2768 build if I switch forward to a dev build :)
I'm on Forge .2847, i'll downgrade to .2768 and see if that works.
