What happened?

A KubeJS user opened an issue regarding problems with removing a recipe, specifically Farmer's Delight "Cooked Rice", from a Create Mixer. The user has a dedicated server.
The issue is when trying to remove the recipe via KubeJS, it doesn't remove unless nuking all the item's recipes, or all recipes entirely. But, that only works on Singleplayer. On a dedicated server, it is impossible to remove those recipes at all.
Now we know there is a server config for disabling these recipes, but the user just wanted to remove the one recipe due to a conflict.
I believe these recipes should be able to be customized properly, it's kind of annoying for those who want to remove specific mixing recipes.

recipes suffixed with _manual_only will be ignored and not added to the mixer automatically, I recommend disabling the default cooked rice recipe entirely and adding a new one with an ID ending in that
