Shears don't work using Apotheosis

What happened?
shears can't be placed in the slicer when apotheosis is installed as it replaces the minecraft:shears with apotheosis:shears
EDIT: it doesn't change the ID but doesn't work anyway
I believe it can be fixed by using the tag forge:shears instead of the item minecraft:shears
as seen in #46
