Invisible or glitchy gui

Every time I press esc, or I open the chat or I press F3, no gui is visible.

I know its caused by this mod because when I delete it this problem is gone.

Hey, I have this same error, but it only happens when I have an effect on (even if the effect has no icon on the top right).
Here's an example of the glitchy GUI. Specifically the inventory

Here's the inventory glitching out even with a no-icon effect (Tested using the Origins mod)
Here's WTHIT's HUD also glitching out (Notice the icon of the Chain Command Block at the bottom of the screen, when it should be at the top with the whole tooltip)

Do note that I use Quilt, so the issue might be slightly different. But OP said they use Fabric, so the issue is definitely not exclusive to Quilt.

I had no effects, but after all this time, I realised that I was using 1.20 and slightgui is not updated yet

... But... it is updated...
The latest version of Slight GUI Modification, 2.6.1, appears on Curseforge as being for Minecraft version 1.20 and 1.20.1.
Maybe you're checking the Modrinth page, which is simply lacking the newest versions.
