[Suggestion]: Let the slot cycler hotbar be shifted left and right.

Suggestion (Required)
Currently, you can only shift the bar vertically, but many mods have other UI elements in that same spot and if you raise the hotbar and its offset with your inventory bar, it just doesn't look that good.
