If you ask for the original Smooth Boot, you can ask the developer of it, but If you mean specifically Smooth Boot (Reloaded), It will not receive more updates to any version or mod-loader (including forge), so yp you can develop an port of it, when you do send me a link of the port so I can add it to the description of the pages.
