I play on a dedicated server and your mod and FTB Backups 2 are installed there. The backup mod does not make backups when there are no players on the server, but it is obvious that it does something, maybe it reads some files or somehow analyzes the status, but no essence. However, this mod analyzes something from time to time, and your mod probably thinks it needs another thread or something, and thus creates a lot of IO-Workers, I have already created 87 of them. It doesn't seem critical, but the memory usage increases , and if you leave the server on for a long time without players, then the memory runs out.
