Leaves with naturally accumulated snow on top of it doesn't change leave's texture

Self made Modpack

I have confirmed this bug is reproducible on a minimal setup, not a modpack with many other mods.

No response

The leaves would only change texture when you right click on the snow / I have tried this with only one mod and its still the same

Oh I thought it was a bug because right clicking the leaves changes the texture of it unlike stairs or fences that changes automatically

This is a feature of the snow layer block, you can perform this above any block, unrelated to the leaves
