Issue description

The setting for having falling snow that lands on water to form ice doesn't seem to distinguish between source water and flowing water, so this is what a single source block set into the side of the mountain where it couldn't see the sky ended up after heavy freezing and thawing again, forming a gigantic water chunk that would regenerate midair due to infinite water sourcing. It's possible this is an issue that requires Serene Seasons to manifest, or it might be independently appearing, not sure.
