Issue description
When the camera is inside of a minecraft:snow
or snowrealmagic:snow
block, a fog effect will appear like when the player's head intersects Powder Snow. This can occur when the player uses the third person camera, clips into the ground as a Spectator, Spectates as any entity less than a block tall, enters the crawling state, or flies close to the ground with an Elytra. The fog is significantly less dense in Spectator mode, unless the player is currently spectating from an entity. This appears to be the case for genuine Powder Snow blocks as well. I would assume the issue also occurs when using any mod that makes the player short enough for their head to be within the snow layer, although I haven't tested such an interaction - I just thought it'd be worth mentioning, since it seems like that would be particularly inconvenient.
Clipping into the ground as a spectator:
Spectating a short entity (spider) (also nobody talks about the spectator mode shaders anymore but they're so neat):
Crawling:
Disabling the "Thinner Bounding Box" option in the configuration fixes the issue for both vanilla snow layers and snowrealmagic:snow
snow layers. No other mods are necessary to reproduce the issue, only SnowRealMagic and its dependencies.
