Issue description

When using Serene Seasons, there's different seasons, one of them being winter. In winter it's snowing in usually warmer biomes as well, so a layer of snow is slowly forming on the ground.
When adding SnowRealMagic, it is still snowing, but no snow layer is being placed on the ground.

I swear I though I had the latest version, turns out just because a file is higher on curseforge doesn't mean it's newer...
Of course I only notice that as soon as I report the issue, sorry for that.
