Issue description
When "snow-logging" any plant, e.g. grass and tall grass, fern and large fern, one block as well as two block tall flowers they stop the waving animations using any Shader. Testet with Complementary, Sildurs Vibrant and SEUS Renewed.
It's even worse for two block tall plants, because the upper half of the plant still has the waving animation, while the lower half stands still.

I have tried to work around this. I am not familiar with rendering, but it seems that some work has to be done by the shader devs to make the snow and the plant behave differently
