Issue description

I noticed that the title of "Snow real magic (Forge)" was changed to "Snow real magic (NeoForge)" but not (Neo/Forge). I thought this was a separate page just for neo. neoforge does not exist on mc1.12.2, but this mod that now says (NeoForge) is for 1.12.2, how strange.
