The winter has passed, but the fences and grass uncovered with snow=(

This is intentional due to avoid lag. I do not want user to inadvertently create tile entities.

But then what gives this mod? Is that really what the point of this mod is to manually put blocks of snow? It's very sad.

I may add a mode to allow player to do so
