Glow lights cannot be placed on leaves 1.19.2

As the title says, I’m playing on forge 1.19.2 and I cannot seem to place the glow light anywhere.
I do have many other mods installed as well; one being passable foliage so maybe there’s a conflict there I’m not sure 🤷🏻♀️
It's definitely a conflict of sort
Is there any way to fix compatability with passible foliage? I love the twinkle and shine but standing on leaves feels weird...
the impassable nature of them applies only to the glow light themselves, not normal leaves. You ould argue that there's a wire there holding you back or something

That would be fine its more they just dont render... :( which for such pretty anims and details is such a shame.
I would be fine with them making the leaves unpassable if they rendered... trade off for the twinkle is you cant walk through and get tangled in lights. I just want to be able to place them and have them render cuz pretty :(
