Broken mod compat with EMF

Describe the bug
Opening video settings causes game to crash.

SodiumOptionsModCompat Neoforge 1.0.0 for 1.21.1
Can confirm that it crashes on Forge 1.20.1 when paired with EMF and clicking on Video Settings @nthxny
I confirm, this also occurs in Fabric, but only after clicking Video Settings

the specific config setting has been removed in EMF causing the field not found error
it was marked as deprecated for the last couple versions when 1.21 was ahead, meaning the deprecation appeared suddenly for the eventual 1.20.1 backports
Well, problem still present, to be sure it is not caused by other mods I tested it on small instance with only few mods and bum! Still crash after clicking Video Settings button.
