Sculk sensor animations are disabled by default

Make sure you are not opening a duplicate.
- I have searched the issue tracker and did not find an issue describing my bug.
Minecraft version.
1.18.2
Sodium Extra version.
0.4.3
Sodium version.
0.4.1+build.15
What happened?
- Installed Sodium and Sodium Extra
- Looked at Options -> Video Settings -> Animations
- Noticed that Sculk sensor animation is disabled

Additional information.
According to this line it should be enabled, maybe there is a typo somewhere?
