I looked everywhere for somewhere to suggest something like this and the discord link on modrinth doesn't work so I will just use this anyways my suggestion is to add the option to have the debug profiler always enabled without having to press shift + f3 just like how optifine has that feature I would appreciate if you added it I understand if you can't add it tho
