Feature Request: Add bubble columns as a separate particle option.

Bubble particles from water columns are notorious for ruining FPS.
The disable all particles options work, but it'd be great to have per-particle toggle options in a scrolling setup.
In the current option for bubbles in sodium extras, disabling the option doesn't disable bubble columns.
