rather than the current options, id like to see options for changing dimension specific fog, with sliders for the overworld, nether and end, going from 0-300% with 0 being no fog, 100 being vanilla fog and 300 3x the vanilla fog
same would go for boss fog and other fog types such as darkness, lava, water etc.
this way it would be easier to understand while offering higher customizability (maybe someone wants to play with 50% overworld fog and 200% nether and end fog so its harder to see, and as far as im aware this isnt possible currently)

Yeah there used to be dimension specific settings, but unfortunately it seems they removed it. I wonder why too, it's really useful to disable fog in the nether, but not so much in the overworld since the ambient effects in the overworld look nice and aren't very obstructive.
