Reproduction Steps

  1. Create a world with Vampirism and Magnesium (1.2 and above)mods together;
  2. Find the vampirism:totem_top´item in any menu (search tab, creative tab, or JEI).

Additional information

In version 1.1.2 and below, the issue does not occur. There's a rendering issue too, when I look to the totem itself generated in the world, using the one probe (every animal/villager/player entity model disappears).
Mentioned this in vampirism's issues page as well, they recommended me to come here
