Compact Vertex Format is incorrectly encoding positions, leading to off-by-one errors

This creates issues where the rendered chunk meshes are slightly out of place, causing other renderers which overlay on top of the rendered chunk to break. Namely, this causes issues with entity shadows.
This has already been fixed by #122 but it has not made it into a release build yet.
