As a user who hasn't installed Sodium yet, I would like to see what it's features are.

This is a a great idea, for troubleshooting purposes. Sodium is still in an early stage of development, and the settings have been in constant flux. When they are more nailed down, that's definitely something that can be done.

Just as an aside, the Sodium-exclusive settings are all intended to be left enabled. You should only alter Sodium's settings if you are experiencing an issue, or a problem with your frame rate. (Obviously this doesn't apply to the vanilla settings such as brightness).
