Clouds do not render if the fog color is fully transparent

Bug Description

No clouds render no matter the options. I tried toggling "cloud render" option and "cloud type", as well as general "quality", but nothing helped.

Reproduction Steps

Launch game.
Observe lack of clouds.

Well, actually, this was simple but needed advice. After disabling mods one by one, I found that clouds don't render not because of Sodium, but Sodium Extra. Will address the issue to them. Thanks!

I'm pretty sure Sodium is at fault here, since Sodium replaces the cloud renderer. The cloud alpha is affected by the fog alpha. So disabling fog will cause clouds to disappear.
