Armor/Block outline becomes invisible/bugged in 1.20.5+

Bug Description
Expected behaviour:
Works fine, as if nothing changed, and block outlining works fine
Actual behaviour:
Glowing shows what's really there
Block selector is also bugged
Reproduction Steps
- Join a world in 1.20.5+
- Wear some armor/look at block
- Wait for bug to occur
