Bushy leaves it rendered not correctly, and has no shading except for bushy parts

Bug Description
On version 1.21.1, bushy leaves do not have shading, similar to what can be seen on all other blocks, bushy leaves from Vanilla Tweaks are used, and screenshots from version 1.20.1, and the same resource pack on version 1.21.1
Reproduction Steps
The error occurs when downloading the newest version of bushy leaves on 1.21.1 from Vanilla Tweaks, all the foliage becomes like this
