Bug Description
snapshot/dev branch fails to build
Reproduction Steps
clone the snapshot/dev branch and run ./gradlew build or gradle build

Yes, this is expected; Fabric Rendering API isn't released yet. I'm using a local build while it's being worked on.
Essentially a duplicate of #2900, which is tracking the entire FRAPI situation, which this issue doesn't add anything new to.
