So my old crappy laptop is not working with sodium due to graphics driver and i cant EVEN UPDATE IT? because of i reached my max updation? WHAT is that even a word

Your issue cannot be solved with so little information. Sodium should work on all GPUs with OpenGL 3.3 support.
I guess, your laptop has one of the old Intel GPUs with OpenGL 3.1, you should consider switching to Linux — Mesa driver on Linux has better OpenGL support than the official Intel graphics driver on Windows, so it should run Minecraft with Sodium without any major issues.
