[1.21.1] nvidium is incompatible

Bug Description
i made a neoforge modpack with sinytra connector and found out that even though it launches fine and playable, it doesn't get fps boost with nvidium because as i can guess nvidium compatibility is not presented in neoforge version of sodium
Reproduction Steps
- install sodium, sinytra connector, rfapi and nvidium
- launch minecraft
- check logs
(next steps are optional) - join a world
- see no fps boost
