[0.4.0-exp+build.661] FRAPI compatibility with mod Continuity regression

Version information
mc1.17.1, Sodium 0.3.2+build.661, Continuity 1.0.0+1.17, Resource Pack: Xali's Enhanced Vanilla v1.5.2, Resource Pack: Vanilla Tweaks 'clean glass'
Expected Behavior
- Glass panes should be transparent, not opaque
- Connected sand and grass should be 'merged'
In 0.3.2+build.7 + Indium 1.0.0, the behavior is normal.
Actual Behavior
- Glass panes/blocks are opaque when using the Vanilla Tweaks 'clear glass' resource pack in combination with "Continuity mod" on Sodium 0.4.0-exp+build.661 (looks normal when using the same combination with Indium and Sodium 0.3.2+build.7
2. Connected sand/gravel and grass should be 'merged'; see in the screenshots how gravel and sand merge correctly, but not the grass. This is consistent (all grass boundaries have this problem, while all(?) sand boundaries with non-grass are working). (despite being in use in the screenshot, LambdBetterGrass has been verified to NOT be the cause in this test by re-running with only the cite addons, as it could obviously interfere).
I reported these two defects together as they could be related (?) for example if the grass is opaque in areas it should be transparent, that would result in what we see in the screens above.
Reproduction Steps
- Install MC 1.17.1+fabric
- Install Sodium 0.4.0+build.661
- Install Continuity 1.0.0+1.17
- Install and activate resource pack Vanilla Tweaks 'clean glass', witness issue 1)
- Install and activate resource pack Xali's Enhanced Vanilla v1.5.2, witness issue 2)
