Potential 32-bit float precision loss with biome blending beyond 2^24 blocks

With biome blending set to 1, it appears that biome transitions start to appear blockier than usual the further out you go, becoming noticable after surpassing 16,777,216 blocks on both axes (as marked by glass panes).
This does not happen when closer to spawn:
Should be an easy fix, there's probably a float hiding somewhere that needs changing to a double.
