Draconic Evolution is not detected in 1.18.2

The Wyvern, Draconic and Chaotic solar panels do not exist even though both draconic evolution and solar flux reborn are installed :/

Forge version: 1.18.2 - 40.2.17
Draconic Evolution version: 1.18.2-3.0.31.531-universal
Solar Flux Reborn Version: 1.18.2-18.2.4
