AE2 PowerUnit Class Rename causes crush

at this pr, appeng.api.config.PowerUnits was renamed to appeng.api.config.PowerUnit.
This breaking change causes ClassNotFoundException on SolarFluxReborn.
changes included: Minecraft 1.21, AE2 19.0.10-alpha or later
