MC 1.16.5, Forge 36.2.8, mod ver. 2.4.0

In JEI "normal" Leadstone solar panel recipe is unavailable. The only one available recipe for this block is conversion of Leadstone solar helmet item and RMB makes a recipe loop.

Each of advanced types of panels have 2 recipes - "normal" and "helmet-conversional", but I can't get them because of missing recipe of a "basic" one.

Perhaps, the reason of this issue is that there should be some additional mod(s) that add lead ore to worldgen, but unfortunately there's no any dependencies with anything.
