Describe the bug

PLEASE god help me, why when your mods are included in any 1.19.2 pack is the vanilla recipe for lapis blocks not able to be turned back into individual lapis pieces. I have tested this in a controlled new instance of modded minecraft and can confirm that your mods

SOLAR GENERATION
DIMSTORAGE

BLOCK the recipe to turn lapis blocks back into lapis pieces. is this intentional and if so please remove it. I have spent days testing multiple mods in my pack due to the nature of this issue. the three mods don't seem to have ANY reason to disable this recipe or a way to enable the recipe again.

MC Version 1.19.2
Forge Version - 43.1.1 to 43.1.32

How can I reproduce this bug or crash?

install your mods on any 1.19.2 instance. no other mods required
go into a single player, server, any playing environment
attempt to craft lapis into a block, then back into the individual pieces

- My other mod: 7.2.0/5.2.0
- Forge version:ALL FORGE VERSIONS 
- Minecraft version:1.19.2

UPDATE. I removed Solar generation and left Dim storage and the Lib mod. Solar generation is the issue. It disables the recipe for lapis which is incredibly annoying
