instant heal effect not working

Apologies for the delay, I've been taking a break from modding for some time. Update 5.2.0 should fix this issue.

Would this fix be ported back to mc 1.20.1?

I didn't realize 1.20.1 was affected as well, thanks for letting me know.

Should be fixed for 1.20.1 in version 4.2.1.
