I added soph backpacks to my modpack, but could not generate a default config.

To Reproduce
I tested by creating a separate modpack with only soph backpacks in it, loaded my game, and still got no default config file. It does generate a server config file though.

Expected behavior
that adding the mod would give me a default config file. a friend confirmed that this mod does have one.

forge: 43.3.5
minecraft: 1.19.2
soph backbacks: 3.20.2.1025

i'm a fool who didn't know how to get a fresh default config file and I clearly didn't explain my problem well enough to my buddies before reporting this. I have gone from utterly bewildered to very sheepish. case closed!
