Describe the bug
XP is being picked up in tank even when pump is off (not sure if that is intended, but that's not the real issue). Once XP is in tank I'm not sure if there is a "built in" method of retrieving it, but I used the Supplementaries mod with a faucet to get it out into a jar/goblet. Once there you should be able to release/drink the xp but it's not allow it. (I tested bottling xp with the right click an empty bottle on an enchantment table method, put that in a jar and turned on the faucet, xp flows out/can be drank no problem.)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. AFK Fishing fills up xp in tank when pump is off (try to get xp out of backpack by right clicking empty bottle on tank, or placing empty bottle/bucket in tank slots, not sure if there is an intended way I'm missing?)

As an alternative to getting directly out of tank:
2. Place backpack on wall 2 blocks high
3. Attach faucet to front of backpack (if you right click the faucet it should just flow xp out of the faucet, standing under it will play the xp collection sound, and you can see xp increasing in the bar)

Alternative to standing under faucet:
4. Place jar/goblet under faucet
5. Turn faucet on to fill jar/goblet
6. Break jar (skip for goblet)
7. Right click to drink

Alternative for drink behavior not working (jar only):
8. Place jar two blocks high
9. Put faucet on jar
10. Turn on faucet (same behavior expected with xp flowing from jar as above)

Expected behavior
Just want to get XP out of the tank, if you can suggest a mod with a pipe/hose/item that allows this I will happily just download that as a fix.
