player cant open backpack

Describe the bug
player on small ATM7 server got disconnected for flying while over the void and got stuck until an admin could teleport them out. ever since getting out they have not been able to access any backpack inventory, even new ones spawned in. they are able to pick them up, place them down, and put them on. No errors showed up in the log at the time it happened and no errors when attempting to open them.
