Invisible but working backpack that cannot be unequipped

Describe the bug
Visually wearing a golden backpack that is not equipped on the chest slot, but still accessable through the B-button.
Possible conflict due to Corail Tombstone (tombstone-7.5.0-1.18.2.jar)
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior (what happened to me):
- Craft a (golden) Backpack
- Loot an Iron Backpack, have it in inventory
- Die, causing inventory to be kept in the gravestone
- Run back to gravestone and use key to 'restore inventory' -> the iron backpack is auto-equipped, and can be removed
- This is when i thought i completely lost my golden backpack and its content, until pressing F5 and seeing it on my back, even after removing the iron backpack
- While no backpack (or anything) is equipped on chest slot, press B and see content of golden backpack.

Hope this can prevent some headache, and maybe I can find a way to unequip my backpack (though in survival, and am scared of equipping anything else over current backpack and losing it)
