I'm using Quark mod for quick insert/extract buttons in chests and your UI doesn't work with it
Use vanilla UI, quit inventing bicycles

And just to note if you really want the Quark functionality there provided by Quark and understand dangers of it I am pretty sure you can just enable it in some quark config. You will want to check with them on that.

Quark is on purpose enabling this only in supported inventories. I have this on my list to add quark like transfer which supports the advanced features of sophisticated inventories.

Well that is not possible unless you want to lose or dupe items with that because that's what will happen if it just gets enabled in soph guis and you start using something like stack upgrades.
I had compat with quark for this functionality in the past but the only thing it was using from quark were textures of buttons as the must have been implemented on my side to work properly. That's why I want to just add in soph regardless of whether quark is in or not.
