Whenever I baste a create schematic or use effortless building all sophisticated storage containers turn into their acacia version.

I am on forge 1.20.1 using latest version of sophisticated storage and backpacks.

Just looked through how these mods handle blocks with block entity data.
This would require explicit compatibilities to be added for the mods. I may do it for Create, but I am pretty sure I am not going to add one for effortless building.
