The copper storages - except for shulker boxes - and the pump upgrades are missing recipes as of version 1.21-0.10.45.910.
You can still upgrade storages to copper even though they do not display in recipe viewers.

Test steps:

1. Search for @sophisticatedstorage copper in the recipe viewer of your choice.
2. Try viewing the recipe of a copper storage.
3. Nothing happens.
4. Replace copper with pump in the search bar.
5. Try viewing the recipe of the pump upgrade, advanced pump upgrade and the experience pump upgrade.
6. Nothing happens.

Pump doesn't have a recipe because there's no fluid storage in the mod yet. And when you say copper storage what do you mean - any specific item?

Update: The storage recipes are visible in JEI, but not in EMI.

Any copper-tier storage block, except for shulker boxes. Neither barrels, limited barrels, nor chests have a visible recipe. In this instance, I’m using a combination of JEI and EMI. EMI gets recipes from JEI when both are installed together, then JEI is hidden automatically. I can check if the recipes are visible in JEI, though.

I have no idea why EMI would not show the recipes as they are not different from other tiers and are registered to JEI exactly the same way. I may take a look at EMI compatibility as I don't have any compatibility specifically for EMI. Until then you can either take it to EMI or just wait for when/if this compat may happen.
