Workaround is to disable quark "Easy Transfering" option (need to restart the game if you disable it in the game Mods options menu). But then don't have those buttons on other chests.

I also tried changing sortButtonsPosition as HIDDEN but it didn't have an effect, I guess these aren't sort buttons.

Maybe you can add another setting for the position of these transfer buttons, or if you can figure out how to fix the incompatibility when quark is present, since quark is a bigger / more widely used mod. No offense.

Best would be for Quark buttons to not be used to prevent item loss / incorrectly transferring items into multiple slots when just one is enough. I will think about whether I want to do anything here because quark buttons I am pretty sure are configurable to be hidden per gui so adding another configuration to shift my buttons around to allow quark buttons there seems like too much especially when you really want to use sophisticated buttons over Quark ones when you start using upgrades like Stack ones or memorized slots and I am pretty sure there's more where the quark interaction wouldn't be ideal.
