Normally when breaking chest with too many items, a warn message will be displayed:

However when breaking the right part of double chest with infinite upgrade, the game will try to spawn infinite amount of item entities without warn, then game crashed.

Thanks for reporting this. Just fixed the issue in both 1.20 and 1.21, new builds should be up on Modrinth and CF shortly
