Hopper to Storage Controller Duplication Glitch!

There is a (in my view) serious duplication glitch currently existing in the mod!
A Hopper that inputs into a Storage Controller with a nearby Sophisticated chest will take a non0existing item and double it as it attempts to add the item to the storage multiblock.
I have recorded footage of this bug in action. (Please ignore the stack mod I am using as I am certain it has nothing to do with the bug).
And I am unable to recreate. Pretty sure it's one of the mods you have in the pack that's doing this very likely the stack mod actually as I have seen multiple issues with those in the past. If you try to remove that and retest / retest with just sophisticated are you able to recreate?
