its a netherite shulker box with 1 stack upgrade and crafting upgrade.
steps to reproduce.
fill up the shulker.
hold item and right click over shulker (with yellow plus sign)
place down shulker.
pick up shulker.
item inserted is no longer there.
I am unable to recreate this so I am thinking that you have Quark in the pack and that's trying to put items into shulker box, but works with sophisticated shulker boxes as if they were vanilla ones and ends up putting items in place where vanilla shulker boxes would store their items and effectively deleting them that way. Could you confirm that's the case? if so I believe Quark has some setting for what this logic interacts with or this may need to be a report to them to make sure they do their logic only for vanilla shulker boxes or use standard item handler calls to put stuff into sophisticated ones.
